Wayne Runion is a retired Special Agent of the US Army CID Command. He has spent the last 15 years as a forensic examiner for the US Army Criminal Investigation Labratory. The last 7 years specializing in audio, video and image analysis. Some of the significant cases he has examined include: The Tillman death investigation, Abu Ghraib prison, SGT Keith Maupin POW, Fort Bragg Sniper, LT Watada.
He is a member of the Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Video Association, National Technical Investigators Association, and was an active member of the Scientific Working Groups on Digital Evidence for seven years.
